Converted farmhouse Goïngarijp

a clear intervention

If the new living demands are so all-embracing they fill up the entire farmhouse, the challenge lies in creating a modern, comfortable living area while retaining the historic character of the old farm.

A clear intervention allows daylight to flood the entire barn, right up to the sleeping area. The distinctive large tiled roof is kept intact for three of the four roof planes. Only a new chimney is needed in order to maintain the open ridge.
